Responsibilities
Support monthly close, consolidations, eliminations, and intercompany reporting
Build and enhance forecasting models across multiple production facilities
Lead budgeting file development for a ~$500M business unit
Improve reporting through automation and BI dashboards
Support M&A modeling, purchase accounting, and integration analysis
Partner with operations to understand costing, performance, and key drivers
Contribute to ongoing financial planning as the division expands internationally
Qualification
Required
5–7 years of progressive Finance or Accounting experience
Strong Excel + BI tool proficiency (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
Experience with consolidations, eliminations, or complex operational environments
Strong understanding of financial statements and margin/cost drivers
High intellectual curiosity and desire to understand both operations and finance
