The role involves attending networking events, building relationships with referral partners, and generating leads for the sales team.

Responsibilities
Attend local networking events across Harford, Baltimore, and Cecil County (some afternoons and evenings)
Build relationships with referral partners such as property managers, builders, realtors, facility managers, local business owners, and related trades
Identify opportunities and pass warm leads to our sales team with clear notes and context
Follow up with new contacts and keep a simple, organized cadence
Support our visibility online by sharing event updates and relationship-based content on social media (guidance provided)
Track activity and results (events attended, connections made, follow-ups completed, leads generated)
Qualification
Required
Enjoys building relationships
Can represent our brand at key local events

Preferred
Background in networking, hospitality, community outreach, real estate, or relationship-based sales
Experience attending chamber events, BNI-style groups, associations, or trade organizations
