Technical Recruiter
Loar Group is a global aerospace and defense manufacturer and supplier, and they are seeking an experienced full-cycle recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition team. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for building engineering talent pipelines and providing a full range of recruiting services to support the company's business units.

Responsibilities
Manage full cycle recruiting for highly specialized engineering and technical roles (e.g., mechanical, electrical, systems, quality, and manufacturing engineers)
Develop and execute hiring strategies that support multiple operating units across diverse geographies
Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and senior leaders – consulting on market trends, talent availability, competitive insights and hiring best practices
Maintain strong professional relationships across the portfolio by providing superior service and results
Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract passive and hard-to-find engineering talent globally
Build, manage and nurture long-term talent pipelines
Conduct phone screens, interviews, and assessments to evaluate technical skills and organizational fit
Utilize recruiting tools and advanced sourcing techniques
Promote and tailor employer brand messaging
Collaborate with leadership, LBU HR and the Talent Acquisition team to develop campus recruiting strategies
Partner with the Loar Talent Management team to continuously improve processes and enhance the candidate experience
Ensure compliance with hiring regulations, global data privacy laws and company policies
Qualification
Required
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting with a blend of corporate and agency experience
Proven success sourcing and hiring engineering and other technical roles within aerospace manufacturing or comparable industries
Must have experience in direct sourcing including expertise in Boolean search, competitive mapping, talent intelligence, and digital networking
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple engagements and shifting priorities in a fast paced high growth environment
Exceptional communication, relationship building and stakeholder management skills required
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems, CRMs and MS Office
Preferred
Bachelors' degree in Business, Psychology or Engineering would be preferred
Experience recruiting in highly regulated industries is preferred
