Responsibilities
Lead MEP design, coordination, and installation across multiple project types, ensuring compliance with specifications, codes, and safety standards
Collaborate with owners, engineers, and construction teams to manage MEP scope, schedules, and budgets
Review shop drawings, submittals, and RFIs, ensuring quality and constructability
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to project engineers and field teams
Ensure projects meet performance, efficiency, and sustainability goals
Qualification
Required
Proven experience managing MEP systems on mission critical, industrial, F&B, and WWTP projects
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing codes, standards, and best practices
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability and willingness to travel to North Dakota as required
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field
