Qualification
Required
Strong expertise in diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
Proficiency in managing and maintaining IT systems, including servers, cloud services, and virtual environments
Experience with implementing system upgrades and ensuring data security protocols are met
Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to provide technical guidance to clients
Ability to deliver excellent customer service and communicate technical concepts effectively
Familiarity with standard tools, methodologies, and processes used in managed IT services
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Preferred
Relevant certifications such as CompTIA, Microsoft, or Cisco are a plus
