Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end process of responding to tenders and requests for proposals (RFPs)
Analyze customer requirements and collaborate with internal teams to develop comprehensive responses
Develop Internal Templates
Compiling & pre-populating pricing inputs using Microsoft Excel VLOOKUP techniques
Develop formulas using Microsoft Excel
Handle project and tasks assignments in a timely manner
Develop and analyze detailed reports, charts, and shipment simulations to illustrate variances, overall spend calculations, and other using Microsoft Excel formulas
Conduct competitive analysis to ensure the competitiveness of pricing structures
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor pricing
Provide insights and recommendations based on market research
Collaborate with sales, operations, and other departments to create compelling and competitive proposals
Ensure accuracy and completeness in all tender submissions
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
Engage with clients to understand their needs and tailor proposals accordingly
Prepare and present regular reports on tender performance, win/loss analysis, and pricing effectiveness
Learn & gain transportation knowledge in all modes of transport to demonstrate knowledge & decision-making methodologies during future assignments/projects
Good written and verbal communication

Required

Comfortable working with large data sets
