Responsibilities

Cultivates new executive level relationships with institutional and commercial end-user accounts to maintain a healthy new account pipeline
Identifies, targets, and develops end-user accounts across healthcare, education, city/county government, and commercial property portfolios
Learn and Develop solutions for client's institutional operating models and budgets
Partners with an Account Management team teams to align internal execution teams with long-term customer service solutions
Maintains ongoing engagement with senior stakeholders to anticipate needs, identify expansion opportunities, and address systemic issues before they impact service delivery

Required

3+ years Sales or Business Development flooring experience
1+ year Facilities or End User sales experience
