Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, and related principles
Strong understanding and experience working with Construction Drawings and documentation
Experience with Inspection processes to ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with project teams and stakeholders
5 years Prior experience in construction management or engineering roles is required
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is a plus
P6 and or MS Projects Scheduling knowledge is a plus
Proficiency with construction management software tools and project scheduling software is desirable
