Sr. ITSM Implementor

They are seeking a Sr. ITSM Implementor who will lead the implementation of IT Service Management solutions and manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring that client requirements are met and best practices are followed.
Responsibilities
Leading the implementation of IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions and managing the end-to-end project lifecycle
Consulting with clients to understand their requirements
Configuring ITSM tools
Ensuring adherence to best practices
Delivering training and support to users
Qualification
Required
Expertise in IT Service Management solutions, including hands-on experience with tools like HaloITSM
Proficiency in analyzing, designing, and implementing ITSM processes, including change, incident, and problem management
Strong consulting and client engagement skills to gather requirements and provide tailored recommendations
Excellent project management, time management, and organizational skills
Experience in delivering user training and technical support for ITSM solutions
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
Preferred
Certifications in ITIL and other ITSM frameworks are highly desirable
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant field preferred
