Responsibilities
As a member of our Contact Center Solutions Architecture Team, we are looking for people who are passionate around solving business problems through innovation and engineering practices as a Full Stack Developer
You'll be required to apply your broad and versatile coding depth of knowledge and expertise to all aspects of the software development lifecycle
You will be responsible for the programming, installation, configuration, testing, maintenance, and documentation of custom business applications in a variety of computer and telephony architectures
You will troubleshoot and resolve tier one help-desk issues, provide on-call support, perform after-hour system upgrades, develop new business applications, and provide primary development and support of custom application
Qualification
Required
Demonstrates strong proficiency of developing web-based applications including server-side and client-side coding strategies in a LAMP-stack environment
Knowledge of Software Design Patterns as well as object-oriented and functional design
Possesses skill with GitHub, Jira, Docker and related source code management tools
Understands, clarifies, and asks questions user-based requirements when needed
Works diligently to contribute meaningful testing scripts for user acceptance testing
Commits to creating, documenting, and executing test cases and reporting results
Engages with application team colleagues to innovate better processes and communications
5 plus years of LAMP Stack and Laravel required. Must have 5 years in MySQL
2 plus years building apps within Laravel PHP framework (preference in VUE or REACT)
3 years configuring and deploying REST APIs, integrating with third party APIs, and maintaining proprietary APIs
At least five years of experience in same or similar position
Preferred
Shows sufficient command and control of Unix administrative functions
bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience and/or training preferred
