Responsibilities

Assembles fabrics for sofas, chairs and ottomans using sewing machine: Positions precut fabrics using sewing machine
Make the best use of your time and resources available to ensure you adhere to the set schedule for completion
Communicate with Department supervisor or lead person on quality issues or bad materials
Work closely with other employees on the line to maintain a close team dynamic daily
Apply knowledge of upholstery and sewing to assembly fabrics
Perform your job safely while following all safety guidelines and keeping work area in a clean and orderly manner
Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Follow production guidelines and specifications
Follow health and safety standards

Required

High school diploma or GED helpful
At least two years' production line experience in a related industry

Preferred

Previous experience in a similar role and related industry
