Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Land Use, Land Use Planning, and Land Development
Strong experience with conducting and analyzing Feasibility Studies
Expertise in Land Acquisition processes and related negotiations
Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively
Strong decision-making, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations related to land use and development
Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, Real Estate Development, or a related field
Previous experience in a leadership role in land development is highly desirable
