ANALYST II
Caltrans District 3 is part of the Department of Motor Vehicles, responsible for providing quality licensing and motor vehicle-related services. The Transaction Operations Support Analyst will lead transaction projects, provide technical user support for HR systems, and generate extensive reports from the Management Information Retrieval System (MIRS).

Responsibilities
Acts as the lead Transactions Projects and Reporting Analyst
Participates on transactions automation projects
Provides technical user support for HR systems
Pulls extensive reports from the Management Information Retrieval System (MIRS)
Qualification
Required
Must be able to follow verbal and written instruction, communicate effectively, and possess strong organization, time management, and customer service skills
Knowledge of general office equipment and proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel, and FileMaker Pro
The position(s) require(s) a Background Investigation be cleared prior to being hired
Preferred
Knowledge of, or experience with, MIRS and/or personnel transactions
Experience with reporting, presenting, and communicating complex information
Ability to interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations, bargaining unit contracts, and/or control agency directions
Experience with process improvement and automation
