Real Estate Specialist
Real Estate House International Inc. (REHI) is a company that simplifies the mortgage process and is committed to community growth. They are seeking a highly organized Licensed Real Estate Specialist to support their sales team with transaction coordination, client management, and marketing support.
Responsibilities
Prepare offers, addenda, and listing documents; manage MLS entry, disclosures, and compliance
Support listing launch activities: photography, lockboxes, staging coordination, signage
Schedule and confirm showings, inspections, walkthroughs, appraisals, and closings
Provide licensed support for open houses, showings, and client appointments (as directed by Broker-in-Charge)
Attend closings or walkthroughs on behalf of the agent when needed
Enter, tag, and manage contacts in the CRM; set up drip campaigns, reminders, and tasks
Follow up with new leads and referrals to gather information and set appointments
Coordinate client touchpoints (birthday/holiday cards, closing gifts, testimonial requests)
Manage new construction follow-up emails and warranty reminders
Assist with relocation guides and personalized welcome materials
Monitor lead conversions and submit for bonus tracking when leads close
Answer and return phone calls professionally; manage voicemail and shared inbox communication
Schedule meetings, inspections, showings, and appointments for the Broker and clients
Maintain organized digital files for listings and transactions; ensure compliance documentation is complete
Maintain checklists, templates, and systems for listing lifecycle, closings, and agent onboarding
Support marketing vendor by verifying post schedules, content requests, and branding accuracy
Upload listing and client videos to YouTube and assist with content distribution as needed
Manage client surveys, reviews, and testimonials for post-sale marketing use
Track referral partners and support light outreach for inbound/outbound agent connections
Assist with setup/breakdown of client appreciation events, marketing pop-ups, or training sessions
Deliver signs, lockboxes, gifts, and print materials as needed for listings or closings
Provide occasional support for home prep, final walk-throughs, listing refreshes, and on-site tasks
Qualification
Required
Active South Carolina real estate license required
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and follow-up abilities
Comfortable working in a CRM and learning new systems
Ability to manage multiple transactions and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Prior experience in transaction coordination, real estate administration, or sales support
