Responsibilities
Provide feedback on Ziptek’s growth strategy, sales model, and hospital entry points
Support efforts to introduce Ziptek to new markets such as ambulatory surgical centers (ASCs), integrated delivery networks (IDNs), and group purchasing organizations (GPOs)
Facilitate introductions to hospital leaders, procurement decision-makers, medtech influencers, and potential investors
Advise on strategic messaging for payers, administrators, C-suite stakeholders, and investors to accelerate adoption and funding
Leverage relationships and guide Ziptek toward successful fundraising efforts
Offer business and operational insights that support Ziptek’s U.S. and international market expansion
Help identify new partnership channels, key conferences, and commercial growth levers
Collaborate with our executive team on high-level go-to-market decisions
Contribute to market education and awareness-building among healthcare stakeholders
Qualification
Required
10+ years of leadership experience in healthcare operations, hospital administration, medical device commercialization, or orthopedic surgery
Familiarity with purchasing processes across hospitals, ASCs, or health systems
Strong network of relationships within hospital leadership, surgical services, or value analysis committees
Experience advising or scaling early-stage health or medtech companies
