The Business Development Representative will be responsible for identifying and engaging influential leaders, generating qualified opportunities for the sales team, and managing meeting coordination.

Responsibilities
Source, identify, and nurture a pipeline of potential clients (Founders, C-Suite, VPs) using our proven, multi-channel prospecting system
Initiate conversations and build rapport with senior executives to generate genuine interest in our premium service
Qualify prospects against our Ideal Customer Profile to ensure our sales team only speaks with decision-makers who are a perfect fit
Book qualified meetings between prospects and our elite team of Executive Sales Representatives, managing calendars to ensure a seamless handover
Provide detailed context, notes, and background information on each booked meeting to arm our closers with the intelligence they need to win
Qualification
Required
Must be based in the US or willing to cover US hours
Must be able to work full-time
A foundational background in sales or lead generation is required
