Sales Manager (Solar)
AEON Staffing Group is a workforce solutions provider and talent consulting company. They are seeking an exceptional Sales Manager to lead a high-performing residential solar sales team, focusing on expanding market share and ensuring a consultative customer experience.
Responsibilities
Leading & Mentoring : Managing the day-to-day activities of a high-performance residential solar sales team, while providing consistent coaching, training, and performance evaluations to ensure all sales targets are met or exceeded
Sales Strategy : Developing and executing strategic sales plans to expand market share in the region while utilizing CRM data to track lead conversion and pipeline health
Customer Experience : Ensuring the sales team delivers a consultative experience that aligns with the company’s customer centric values
Performance Tracking : Monitoring daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs, conducting cadenced team meetings, and developing and implementing process improvements to ensure high closing ratios
Cross-Departmental Collaboration : Working closely with the design, engineering, and project management teams to ensure projects are viable, accurately priced, and ready for a seamless installation
Qualification
Required
Experience managing high-performance B2C sales representatives within solar, HVAC, or a similar industry
A track-record of success as an individually contributing sales representative within solar, HVAC, or a similar industry
A coaching-focused mindset and proven ability to improve underperformance
An ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions through the use of a CRM
Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
