Qualification
Required
Extensive experience leading software teams responsible for production systems
Proven ownership of end-to-end software delivery in live environments
Broad technical foundation across application development, infrastructure, and integrations
Experience operating in reliability-focused, operationally complex settings
Able to communicate technical concepts in clear business terms
Comfortable leading distributed and diverse teams
Strategic thinker with strong execution discipline
Calm, steady communicator in complex or ambiguous situations
