Program Analyst, Journeyman

Responsibilities

Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives and risk
Analyzes requirements, status, budget, and schedules and risk
Performs management, technical, or business case analyses
Collects, completes, organizes, and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product program risk
Tracks program/project status and schedules
Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management

Required

A minimum of 3-10 years of professional experience with the job duties listed above
Experience and working knowledge of AMS suite of tools, i.e. PMT, CSPT, CDRL
Experience and Working knowledge of the ISEE Tool
Experience analyzing data to identify risk to cost, schedule and performance and ability to recommend mitigating strategies
Contracts understanding CLINs, CDRLs, and SOWs
Experience with Funding, Budgeting, and Spend Plan documentation management and execution
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
High-level communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently or in a team environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Experience with SharePoint and MS TEAMS
Bachelor's degree
U.S. Citizenship required
Must be able obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance
