Responsibilities

Key member of the Investigations Division (INV) and Occupational Licensing (OL) Inspections Branch (OLIB) management team and under the administrative direction of the Chief of Investigations, managing OLIB offices statewide, disbursement of directives, policy development, personnel management, community relations, workload projections, budgets, and short and long range planning
Conducting regularly scheduled OLIB office visits to evaluate operational performance
Coordinates data gathering efforts
