Responsibilities
Analyze potential investment opportunities through deep review of financial statements, operating performance, and forward-looking cash flow dynamics
Build and maintain detailed financial models to support transaction evaluation and internal decision-making
Prepare concise investment summaries and presentations for senior leadership discussions
Work alongside external advisors, sponsors, and management teams during transaction and diligence processes
Assist with structuring considerations and review of transaction documentation
Monitor performance of existing investments, tracking trends, risks, and key financial metrics
Support analysis related to amendments, refinancings, and strategic portfolio decisions
Qualification
Required
2–4 years of experience in investment banking, capital markets, valuation, transaction advisory, corporate finance, or a similar analytical finance role
Strong financial modeling and accounting fundamentals
Ability to assess business performance, risk factors, and capital structure dynamics
Experience preparing analytical materials for senior stakeholders
Comfortable working on multiple transactions in a deadline-driven environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability
