Defend insurance carriers in high-stakes cases: premises liability, transportation, construction defect, product liability
Manage cases end-to-end: draft motions, handle discovery/depositions, prepare and participate in trials
Maintain proactive client communication and strategy development
Qualification
Required
2+ years of insurance defense litigation experience
Strong case-handling skills (motions, discovery, depositions, trial prep)
Interest in courtroom advocacy and direct client engagement
California Bar license
Preferred
Background in premises liability, transportation, construction defect, or product liability
