Responsibilities
Continuously aims to create shareholder value by proposing and supporting transformational ideas and projects
Ensure that the future state process design is suitable to meet both short term and long-term expectations
Lead root-cause analysis for identifying sustainable solutions and improvements across the process in S/4 Hana
Lead the continuous improvement of FBS processes
Works closely with accounting operations, project teams, controls and compliance teams
Provides strong leadership and the ability to lead during significant change
Manages the cross functional relationships with various teams with respect for all people
Take care of our people by closely working with the FBS Team Leader, looking constantly to allocate in the best possible way the activities across the process and directly impacting in quality work-life balance for the team
Build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, collaborating with experts of multidisciplinary teams for identifying enhancement opportunities by having a holistic view of the process
Collaborates with business partners to align on objectives and expectations and ensure project teams deliver against them
Qualification
Required
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
7 Years of Relevant Work Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Previous people or project team management experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid US GAAP revenue knowledge and experience in SAP S/4 Hana
Preferred
7-8 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics or related field is preferred
Master's degree in Accounting or Finance or other designation (e.g., CPA, CMA)
Strong understanding of the US GAAP Revenue Recognition Standard, ASC 606
Experience with OTC processes in SAP S/4 Hana including SAP Customer Activity Repository (CAR) and Blackline is desired
Experience in different technologies like AI, Machine Learning, and business query & analytics tools is highly desired
Ability to build queries and research large data sets leveraging tools such as Google Big Query
Ability to identify defects through data analysis and other mechanisms and drive fixes to root cause issues through direct and indirect influence
Demonstrated leadership skills and strong ability to delve into details, analyze, and succinctly communicate findings and actions from findings
The person in this role will be a dynamic leader with abilities to adapt quickly and lead through change
