Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and provide excellent customer service
Schedule and dispatch service technicians for residential garage door jobs
Maintain records and update customer information in our system as needed
Support office staff with general administrative tasks as needed
Qualification
Required
Previous customer service experience required
Strong computer skills; ability to learn new software quickly
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to learn—training provided for the right candidate
Candidates must be able to pass a criminal background check
Candidates must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening that includes THC
Preferred
Experience with ServiceTitan and/or scheduling in a service industry is a huge plus
