Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and Document Review

Experience with drafting and formatting Pleadings and Motions
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and case management abilities
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with legal software tools and Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
Paralegal certification or relevant legal education
Prior experience in real estate law or debt recovery
