Responsibilities
Assist customers in deploying our solutions
Troubleshoot technical issues reported by customers
Provide basic product training sessions to customers
Respond to support tickets and inquiries in a professional and timely manner
Collaborate with internal team and customers to escalate issues and relay customer feedback
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred, or 1-2 years proven experience as an IT Specialist or similar roles
Proficiency with Device Management Systems: Hands-on experience using tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Intune, JAMF, or similar platforms to deploy and manage applications across devices
Software Deployment Troubleshooting: understanding of Group Policy Objects (GPO) and proven ability to troubleshoot software deployment issues using GPO
Network Configuration and Troubleshooting: Experience configuring and troubleshooting core network services, including DNS and DHCP
Web Protocol Knowledge: basic understanding of web protocols, including HTTP and HTTPS
Growth Mindset: A proactive mindset with a passion for growth, and tackle new challenges in a dynamic work environment
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
