Routinely use React, .NET Framework, and Object Oriented Programming methods
Manage and oversee projects related to the development of our core product, Accounting Link, while coordinating efforts across cross-functional teams
Review moderately complex technical challenges that necessitate an in-depth evaluation of technologies and internal processes
Collaborate and consult with colleagues and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals
Analyze client needs to design, test, and develop software in order to meet those needs
Exercise technical standards, including software development concepts and principles
Collaborate through effective communication with team members
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience as a software developer or in a related field
Good organizational and communication skills
Ability to think outside the box and collaborate as a team
Routinely use React, .NET Framework, and Object Oriented Programming methods
Manage and oversee projects related to the development of our core product, Accounting Link, while coordinating efforts across cross-functional teams
Review moderately complex technical challenges that necessitate an in-depth evaluation of technologies and internal processes
Collaborate and consult with colleagues and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals
Analyze client needs to design, test, and develop software in order to meet those needs
Exercise technical standards, including software development concepts and principles
Collaborate through effective communication with team members
Minimum of 4 years of software engineering experience
3+ years of React, Object Oriented Programming and .NET framework experience is required
Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure
Working knowledge of software development concepts
Ability to quickly learn new tool bases and software
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to work independently and with a team
Ability to commute to West Des Moines, IA 50266
Preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
