Responsibilities

Own the architecture and delivery of a mobile-focused feature set using a heavy agentic AI workflow
Leading an augmented delivery team to hit an aggressive MVP milestone by Q2
Define and enforce the patterns for using AI agents to generate features, refactor modules, and automate test creation
Act as the technical lead for a cross-functional team, owning architecture decisions and engineering standards for production-grade mobile-backed APIs
Drive the strategy to move from concept to MVP in a compressed, high-visibility timeline

Required

8+ years of professional software engineering experience
Deep Expertise in C#, .NET Core, and scalable backend architecture
Hands-on Agentic Experience: Proven ability to use iterative AI loops with validation, constraints, and quality gates to accelerate delivery
Leadership: Experience managing Git-based workflows, PR discipline, and CI/CD quality gates in fast-paced environments
