Must have extensive or 7 years of experience with business analysis
7-10 years of experience in related roles
Experience in Agile delivery with familiarity in JIRA
Strong communication and facilitation skills
Experience leading meetings and interacting with other leads
Proficiency in creating PowerPoint presentations
Background in test execution, parallel testing, and reconciliations
Ability to identify and analyze reconciliation discrepancies
Experience in communicating issues to product teams and assisting in error resolution
