Responsibilities
Platform Strategy : Manage and grow SVSG’s presence on TikTok and Instagram, while maintaining our professional brand authority on LinkedIn
Content Creation : Produce and edit high-quality short-form videos (Reels/TikToks) using footage and media from our organization
Marketing Campaigns : Develop and launch creative campaigns to promote SVSG events and community growth
Administrative Coordination : Use Google Workspace to manage assets, collaborate on content calendars, and track project milestones
Community Engagement : Foster a sense of belonging by interacting with our community, ensuring all communication aligns with our values of respect and inclusion
Qualification
Required
Deep understanding of current TikTok and Instagram trends, algorithms, and audience growth strategies
Expert-level proficiency in CapCut and other mobile-first editing tools to create fast-paced, engaging content
High proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) for seamless organization and administrative support
A 'fail fast, learn faster' mindset with the ability to turn around content quickly in a fast-moving environment
Ability to maintain the 'ego-free' and professional tone of SVSG while pushing the boundaries of creative marketing
