Founding SDR - || $100k base plus 1% of every deal
This is Growth is an AI infrastructure company that is seeking a Founding SDR to help them capitalize on growth opportunities. The role involves managing inbound leads, booking meetings for the GTM team, and building a scalable process for demand conversion.
Responsibilities
Own inbound: Triage 300 sign-ups per day – segment, qualify, and prioritise who really matters
Book high-quality meetings: Create and manage a consistent flow of qualified meetings for the GTM team (think: logos like Adobe-level, not random long tails)
Warm outbound: Use product usage, intent signals, and partner intel to drive smart, targeted outbound – not volume for the sake of it
Build the machine: Work directly with our VP GTM to:
Design and iterate the inbound → meeting → opportunity flow
Help automate as much of the boring stuff as possible
Turn chaos into a repeatable, scalable process
Use the product daily: You’ll be expected to use our AI tooling to run your workflow and provide feedback on how it can be improved
Be in the room where it happens: Sit in on calls, watch deals develop, and get real visibility into how multi-million dollar deals get done
Qualification
Required
You've got 6 months of sales / SDR / BDR in SaaS / AI (or equivalent internship/analytical roles)
You already use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, agents, etc.) to cheat time – writing emails, research, workflows, automation
You're comfortable managing high volume, context-switching, and owning your number
Preferred
You're smart, scrappy, and a bit obsessive – maybe econ/finance/quant background, perhaps something else analytical, but you think in systems
You like the idea of walking into a room where nothing is fully built yet and thinking: 'This is a bit scary… but f*** it, let's go.'
You care more about upside, learning, and building than a comfy logo on your CV
