Responsibilities

Troubleshoot complex electronic systems independently
Use advanced tools and diagnostic equipment
Perform advanced repairs, including intricate components
Analyze root causes and document solutions
Maintain detailed records of troubleshooting processes
Collaborate with engineers to improve systems
Ensure testing and calibration meet quality standards
Adhere to quality control measures and standards
Develop repair strategies to boost reliability
Train and mentor Level 1 Technicians
Identify and implement process improvements
Communicate process updates to technical stakeholders

Required

Associate degree in electronics or related field
2+ years of electronics troubleshooting experience

Ability to collaborate effectively in teams
