Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships
Act as a liaison between the client and internal departments, ensuring clear communication
Address and resolve client issues and complaints promptly
Translate client staffing needs into actionable requirements for the recruitment team
Managing client relationships, overseeing staffing operations, business development, performance monitoring, and ensuring compliance with US labor laws and client requirements
Conduct onsite client visits to discuss staffing needs, build rapport, and ensure service satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Strong expertise in the full-cycle recruitment process
Ability to manage client engagements
Coordinate hiring needs
Ensure successful delivery of staffing solutions
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
