Responsibilities

Replace bearings, hoses, belts, rollers, and mechanical components

Diagnose and repair equipment failures within a corrosive environment

Perform stick welding and fabrication work, including cutting seized components

Safely operate grinders, extractors, torches, and other tools

Maintain and troubleshoot conveyor systems

Monitor product and material movement and identify disruptions

Support coordination between ponds, dryers, conveyors, and processing areas

Report equipment issues, downtime, and observations clearly

Communicate with operators, maintenance, and management effectively

Required

5+ years industrial, mechanical, or plant operations experience

Demonstrated mechanical repair experience

Conveyor system knowledge
