Responsibilities
Perform site inspections to monitor active construction to ensure compliance
Audit work quality of aerial and underground installation techniques
Ensure crews are documenting and reporting all production, design changes, etc
Document detailed field notes, take progress photos, and update construction maps
Identify, report, and follow up on non-compliance issues until resolved
Possess the ability to read and understand construction maps and permits
Possess the ability to communicate effectively with crews, project managers, and stakeholders
Provide customer service when interacting with homeowners
Adhere to company policies, safety protocols, and standard operating procedures
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Proficiency with computer skills
