The ideal candidate will support the management team in daily operations, assist in supervising staff, and help ensure excellent customer service and smooth business operations.

Responsibilities
Assist the Assistant Manager and Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations
Support and supervise team members to maintain high performance and customer service standards
Help manage inventory, stock levels, and merchandising to ensure product availability and presentation
Assist in training and coaching staff to improve skills and productivity
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
Contribute to achieving sales goals and operational targets
Perform opening and closing duties as required

Required
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems

Previous retail or management experience preferred
