Prepare initial drafts of credit agreements, security agreements, guarantees, and legal opinions
Review lien searches, corporate organizational documents, and collateral-related documents
Perform research on UCC filing requirements, borrower regulations, and financial regulations
Coordinate deal timelines, manage signature pages, and facilitate the closing process
Perform additional tasks & duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
JD (Juris Doctor) Degree from an Ivy League &/or Prestigious Accredited Law School
Active Illinois Bar Membership in Good Standing
Must have strong drafting and negotiating skills
Must possess a meaningful desire for client interactions & deal activities
Should have an outgoing and engaging personality
Preferred
AM Law 100 – 200 experience preferred
