They are seeking a Federal Staffing Account Director to build and maintain strong relationships with federal clients, develop strategic sales plans, and manage assigned accounts.

Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Account Management, maintaining client relationships, and managing customer satisfaction
Strong skills in Sales, Sales Presentations, and conducting client proposals
Experience with Business Development and identifying growth opportunities
Familiarity with Sales Operations, including pipeline management and reporting
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and independently in a remote environment
Experience in government or regulated sectors is advantageous
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
