Revenue Team Manager
HC3 is seeking a Revenue Team Manager who will lead and manage a team of Revenue Specialists to ensure accurate and timely processing of accounts receivable activities. The role focuses on developing team capability, fostering accountability, and driving execution of billing and collections workflows to support the company’s financial health and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
Provide Leadership, Management, and Accountability (LMA) by setting clear expectations, guiding daily team operations, facilitating alignment with revenue goals, conducting recurring team meetings, and developing direct reports through coaching, mentoring, training, and performance evaluations
Develop and document Revenue processes and ensure they are consistently followed by all team members
Identify process and system improvements and drive execution
Ensure team accuracy and assist with questions and clearing team roadblocks
Execute monthly client financial reports
Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures and support audits
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or similar field, or commensurate work experience
5–7 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Strong knowledge of GAAP, revenue recognition standards, and AR processes
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) and financial reporting tools
Preferred
Excellent analytical and organizational skills
Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration
