Responsibilities

Maintain full-cycle bookkeeping for 3–5 entities
Record and classify daily financial transactions
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
Maintain accurate general ledger entries
Prepare basic financial reports and summaries
Maintain organized financial records and supporting documentation
Coordinate with internal teams and external accountants as needed

Required

3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
Proficiency with QuickBooks required
Strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard accounting tool
Must be highly credible and trustworthy, and operate with high degree of integrity
Must hold oneself and others accountable and strive for a high level of excellence
Must have a positive, can-do attitude and be able to fuel growth and innovation
Must be customer-focused and results-oriented
Must want to continuously learn and develop
Exceptional oral and written communication, active listening, and organizational skills
Ability to establish strong working relationships with others in team setting
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks with a strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Self-directed and able to work independently, with minimal supervision

Preferred

Experience supporting multiple entities preferred
POS system and Oracle experience a plus
