New Grad, Entry LevelBank of Washington is looking for an individual to join their Loan Service/Administration Team as a Loan Documentation Specialist. This role supports lenders with the preparation of loan documents throughout the entire closing process, while performing various operational tasks and clerical duties to assist the overall needs of the team.

Responsibilities
Work closely with officers and coordinators to ensure a quality inter-departmental relationship by assisting them with any needs presented
Proper Documentation of commercial loans (both new loans and renewals)
Review incoming new loan and renewal packages before documentation begins. Which includes reviewing for proper approvals, as well as reviewing supporting documents and reports in the packet to ensure adherence to bank policy
Assist commercial lenders and loan coordinators to arrive at a set of documents that meets their expectations of the original approval intentions
Prepare the signed loan documents with Debits and Credits for loan service to complete the booking process
Provides required compliance documents to lenders/loan coordinator in accordance with federal regulations and adherence to compliance policies
Communicate with various departments of the bank, when needed
Works closely with our Closing Department to ensure proper loan documents for closing
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Proficient use of Microsoft Office products
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Detail oriented
Must be able to multi-task and work independently
Ability to understand complex operational processes and workflows
Ability to work quickly and accurately, analyze information and make decisions
Willingness to assume additional responsibilities, duties, and projects as they arise
Preferred
Banking experience preferred
