Money Metals Exchange LLC is seeking a Data Entry Clerk and Administrative Assistant to support the accounting department with various duties and projects. The role involves processing high volumes of accounts payable and receivable data entry, organizing documents, and providing customer service while maintaining accurate financial records.

Detailed oriented and highly organized
Processing high volumes of data quickly and accurately
Filing and general office tasks
Communication: Making and receiving phone calls
Communicating via Email and chat systems
Ability to learn processes and technology quickly
Communicating and coordinating with the several internal departments
Keeping customer interaction and transaction records

Required

High school or Equivalent
A minimum of 1 year of experience in office type position
Must pass thorough background screening - including criminal and credit check and drug test
Ability to manage multiple tasks, or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation
Ability to work quickly and accurately
Knowledge of oral communications and ability to express oneself and communicate with others verbally and appropriately
Ability to commute to Eagle, ID 83616
