Senior LevelTopify.ai is building the Agentic Growth Infrastructure for the AI-native era. They are seeking a Founding Full-Stack Engineer to design and build their Agent system, working closely with the founder and directly with users to create scalable solutions.

Responsibilities
Design & build Agent architectures
Multi-step agents, tool-using agents, workflow orchestration
Prompt engineering, memory, planning, execution loops
Own core Agent modules end-to-end
From design → implementation → iteration → scaling
Build primarily in Python
Agent backends, APIs, data pipelines, automation workflows
Work across the stack
Backend systems, integrations, light frontend if needed
Ship fast with real users
Rapidly turn customer needs into working features
Iterate directly based on feedback from US-based customers and communities
Support scaling
Help take systems from early usage → large-scale user adoption
Improve reliability, performance, and observability
Collaborate on growth intelligence
Work with SEO / traffic / analytics signals (e.g. GA, Search data)
Help Agents understand and act on growth-related signals
Qualification
Required
Strong Python engineering background
Hands-on experience with LLM-based systems
Agent frameworks, prompt engineering, workflow orchestration
Experience building production systems, not just demos
High ownership mindset
Comfortable owning ambiguous problems end-to-end
Prior experience in startups (early-stage preferred)
Able to communicate clearly with US-based users and partners
Preferred
Experience with Agent architectures
Tool calling, planning, memory, multi-agent systems
Familiarity with SEO, traffic growth, analytics
Google Analytics (GA), search data, funnels, attribution
Experience scaling systems to large or fast-growing user bases
Background that combines big tech + startup
Interest in growth, go-to-market, or product thinking (not 'just engineering')
