Responsibilities
Coordinate travel, accommodations, ground transportation, and itineraries for tours
Maintain tour calendars, routing documents, contact lists, and internal trackers
Support show advancement by collecting and distributing schedules, production details, and required materials
Coordinate with venues, promoters, agents, and vendors to confirm logistics and gather required information
Track tour contracts, deal memos, and documentation to ensure completeness and accessibility
Assist with tour expense tracking, invoicing, and reconciliation
Provide administrative and logistical support during active tour periods, including day-of-show support as needed
Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and external partners
Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience in tour administration, live events, entertainment operations, or logistics coordination
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Clear, professional written and verbal communication
Comfortable managing multiple timelines and priorities simultaneously
Reliable follow-through and accountability
Proficient with Google Workspace and shared documentation systems
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
Willingness to travel as required
