Purchasing & Bookstore Coordinator
Richland Community College is seeking a Purchasing & Bookstore Coordinator who will be a member of the Financial Services Team. The coordinator will manage bookstore operations and oversee the procurement of goods and services necessary for the college's operations while ensuring excellent customer service for students, faculty, and staff.

Serving as the college expert regarding purchasing methods, systems, workflows, and cost-effective procurement
Qualification
Required
Experience in managing bookstore operations
Knowledge of material distribution processes
Ability to organize and administer procurement of goods, services, and capital needs
Familiarity with the Illinois Public Community College Act
Understanding of the Illinois Purchasing Act
Knowledge of established Board of Trustees Policies and procedures
Expertise in purchasing methods, systems, and workflows
Ability to ensure efficient operations and cost-effective procurement
Strong customer service skills for students, faculty, and staff
