Responsibilities
Review reservation details, set up ski and snowboard gear to meet member and guest specifications, and prepare orders for delivery
Drive company-provided vehicles in winter conditions and maintain safe, professional driving standards
Act professionally and courteously while inside guest and member residences, hotels, and lodges, fitting their equipment and explaining proper, safe use
Utilize technology to track the fulfillment process and gear
Communicate with managers and team members to maximize efficiency
Answer any member questions regarding the My Epic Gear membership program and provide specific information about member reservations, gear, or the resort
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
You must be 18 years of age, hold a valid driver's license, and have a satisfactory motor vehicle record
Be able to drive in winter weather conditions, nighttime driving conditions, and heavy traffic
Keen to learn new skills, open-minded, and can adapt to changing situations
Ability to lift 50 lbs. and move large rolling racks of skis and snowboards safely
Willingness and ability to stand for 8 hours and work outside in winter conditions
Ability to work a flexible schedule; weekends and holidays required
