Talent Corps is seeking an experienced Pipefitter Foreman to lead and coordinate activities on commercial and industrial job sites in the Richmond, VA area for a Data Center project. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong technical knowledge, safety awareness, and the ability to manage crews while keeping projects on schedule and within scope.

Responsibilities

Supervise and lead mechanical construction crews (HVAC, piping, plumbing, or related systems)
Plan daily work activities and assign tasks to crew members
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other trades
Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards
Enforce jobsite safety policies and OSHA regulations
Track labor, materials, and equipment usage
Train and mentor crew members to improve performance and productivity
Assist with inspections, troubleshooting, and problem resolution

Required

5+ years of verifiable experience in a commercial or industrial Pipe Fitting role is required
Currently owns a personal set of tools required for the trade
Journeyman license is required
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and construction methods
Ability to read blueprints and mechanical plans
Must be able to crawl, kneel, squat, and climb
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis, unassisted
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
OSHA 30
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation and a clean driving record
Must pass a background and drug screen

Preferred

Previous foreman or lead experience preferred
Master's is preferred
Bilingual preferred
