Responsibilities
Strategic Program & Project Management
End-to-End Event Leadership: Orchestrate high-stakes engagements—from executive offsites and Sales kick-offs to global All-Hands meetings—by defining agendas, managing complex logistics, and driving post-event accountability
Strategic Alignment: Serve as a critical link within the C-suite, partnering closely with other Senior EAs to synchronize global calendars and navigate shifting day-to-day priorities
Cross-Functional Synergy: Proactively exchange intelligence with the executive support team to ensure a seamless, unified experience across the entire leadership landscape
Operational Excellence: Apply rigorous program and project management methodologies to drive initiatives across key business units, including Sales, Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy, and Operations
Predictive Planning: Identifying emerging challenges and last-minute shifts and help with implementing preemptive solutions to ensure uninterrupted momentum for the leadership team
Executive Administrative Support
Strategic Calendar Orchestration: Masterfully manage the CIO’s high-velocity calendar, exercising expert judgment to prioritize engagements and resolve conflicts across multiple global time zones
Global Mobility Management: Design and execute sophisticated domestic and international travel portfolios, including intricate itineraries, visa logistics, and proactive expense reconciliation
Executive Presence: Act as a trusted gatekeeper and representative of the CIO, maintaining absolute confidentiality and a commanding professional presence in all interactions
Proactive Problem Solving: Anticipate the needs of the leadership team before they arise, ensuring the CIO is prepared for every session with the necessary context and materials
Collaboration & Cultural Engagement
Internal Community Building: Concept and execute large-scale internal events and leadership sessions that foster culture and alignment across the organization
EA Network Leadership: Partner with the broader EA community to establish best practices, streamline communication, and ensure organizational cohesion
Qualification
Required
A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a C-level executive in a fast-paced, global organization
Demonstrated expertise in managing complex calendars, global travel, and event planning using Google Suite (G Suite)
Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and integrity
Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to convey a professional image and represent the organization effectively
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a demonstrated ability to address multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
Travel will be required
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
Experience working within a high-growth technology or cybersecurity company
A highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective and take initiative when working independently
