You will lead production schedules and process monitoring, ensuring output aligns with demand through forecasting and operational control.

Responsibilities
Establish mid- and long-term production plans reflecting plant capacity
Monitor manufacturing and initiate corrective actions for schedule deviations
Lead market trend analysis for accurate forecasting and planning
Develop daily/weekly schedules to meet all deadlines and delivery targets
Serve as the central contact for plan changes across all departments
Prepare status reports for leadership and resolve complex production issues
Facilitate info-sharing sessions to maintain organizational alignment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
Deep understanding of raw materials, cost control, and optimization
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office or production planning software
Ability to manage schedules and analysis in high-pressure environments
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Preferred
Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering preferred
Professional experience in the Automotive industry is strongly preferred
