Responsibilities
Coordinate multiple sales projects from development through production and fulfillment
Track production status across multiple manufacturing facilities
Prepare pricing proposals, sales tracking reports, and monthly summaries
Manage packaging development and project specifications
Monitor project timelines, costs, and profit margins to ensure on-time and accurate delivery
Communicate daily with customers, sales teams, program managers, and manufacturing staff
Resolve order, inventory, and project issues through data analysis and proactive problem-solving
Maintain customer profiles and sales data in internal systems
Prepare sales presentations and management updates (Excel and PowerPoint)
Lead or support meetings, including agenda preparation, note-taking, and action tracking
Serve as a point of contact in the absence of sales or program managers
Qualification
Required
Strong proactive communication and follow-up skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience working with data across various software systems
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Close attention to detail with the ability to multitask accurately
Comfortable presenting information in one-on-one and small group settings
